What you'll do:
Provide technical support across systems, devices, and applications
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology solutions
Assist with collaboration tools, communication systems, and workplace technology
Contribute to maintaining secure, stable, and efficient IT operations
What I need from You:
4 years' Experience working in a similar technical support or infrastructure role
Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern workplace technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various technologies
Ability to support users and communicate effectively across teams
