The Social Care Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, fostering their independence and ensuring their well-being. Daily tasks include implementing person centered plans, organising and participating in activities, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a safe, inclusive environment. The role requires collaboration with colleagues, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for those supported.QualificationsStrong skills in personal support, caregiving, and fostering independenceExperience in planning and implementing care programs and activitiesEffective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulationsProblem-solving and organizational skillsKnowledge of disability services, health, and safety protocols; prior experience in a similar role is an advantageCORU registrationRelevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Social Care, Psychology, or a related fieldAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
