BDO Ireland is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our successful and expanding Restructuring team within our Advisory department as part of our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for restructuring assignments to include planning and executing strategies for liquidations, receiverships, SCARPs and examinership assignments
Advising clients on restructuring, insolvency and general business or operational challenges and resolving problems as they arise
Liaising with legal advisors, property advisors, project managers, architects and other professionals and business providers
Working with clients to ensure delivery of strategies
Preparation of reports for clients
Ensuring projects and cases are completed within appropriate timeframe and budget
Coaching and mentoring trainees within team
Other ad hoc department issues when required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or other relevant qualification
Have strong technical knowledge of formal restructuring processes
Have experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients
IT skills; must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Driven with the ability to use own initiative
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
