Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Consult Business
At Mace, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Consult business. As a leader in project delivery consultancy, you will be responsible for unlocking the potential of each project, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety.

* Handling planning issues, third-party engagements, and compliance with railway orders, requiring town planning expertise.
* Developing robust review processes for planning applications within project routes, supporting engagement with statutory bodies like NTA.
* Assisting in identifying and implementing funding sources, including development levies and land value capture.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Over 10 years' experience in the Irish property market.
* A recognized degree in property economics or surveying, and chartered surveyor status.
* Completion of 'The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme.'
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.
* Experience in metro/rail project delivery phases.
* Property or infrastructure project management skills.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Leadership in large, diverse teams.
* Relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations.
