I am working on an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Irish hotel group as Chief Operating Officer.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence across a portfolio of 4‑star hotels, ensuring each property delivers top performance, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire General Managers and senior teams across all hotels.
Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across all areas.
Implement and enforce brand standards and best‑practice procedures.
Oversee maintenance, suppliers, and capex planning.
Deliver operational excellence for the group‑wide rebrand.
Optimise processes, service delivery, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Coach and develop senior leaders, fostering a strong people‑first culture.
What We're Looking For
Senior operational leader in multi‑site hospitality, ideally hotels.
5+ years' experience driving performance across multiple properties.
Strategic, hands‑on leader with a commercial mindset.
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and capex oversight.
Calm, decisive, and detail‑oriented problem solver.
Passionate about exceptional guest experiences; Irish market knowledge a plus.
