Givenchy is a French luxury fashion and prestige perfume house that hosts the brand of haute couture and ready-to-wear clothing, accessories, perfumes and cosmetics of Parfums Givenchy. The house was founded in 1952 by designer Hubert de Givency and is a member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture et du Pret-a-Porter. It is currently owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH.
The Role
Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling while providing outstanding customer service.
Approach guests and build genuine connections (a must).
Keep up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Be a Givenchy ambassador with a can‑do attitude and the highest grooming standards.
Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
Build effective in‑store relationships.
Plan and deliver in‑store events.
Exceed sales targets with a passion for performance.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in luxury sales, beauty, or fragrance retail would be an advantage.
