The RoleThe Role is to drive business in the field, representing our brands directly with retailers and wholesalers in the region. This role offers autonomy to shape your territory, manage your own schedule, and work with colleagues who are experts in their field. You will ideally live in North Dublin, Meath or surrounding areas to make it easier to travel to your customers sites. All candidates must hold a valid Full driving licence.Principle AccountabilitiesDrive business across Retail multiple stores, Key Accounts and WholesalePartner with Key Accounts and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory; through a range of Key Accounts Operations Teams to Retailers and key contacts within wholesaler, having value-adding conversations to sell in new products to meet the customer’s identified needs.Drive customer advocacy for our brands by achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within defined area.Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to your customers to help ensure the best possible space allocation and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf.Identify new business opportunities by having a great understanding of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best useSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious and / or current Face to Face Sales Experience ideally within a FMCG businessExperienced in building face to face relationships and selling a product / service to retailersAble to set and meet self-stretching targetsHave excellent communication and people skills, and proven ability to build rapport quicklyBe a supportive team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact themPro-active, able to manage time and resources effectively; and be able to use your initiative and work in a fast paced, ever changing environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive Base Salary24% yearly bonus opportunityCompany vehicleCompany Phone and iPad22 days annual leave in addition to public and bank holidays, increasing with service and an option to purchase additional holidayGenerous company pension schemeEveryone BelongsEveryone belongs in Imperial.
