We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Contact Center Representative, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

* Identify Customer Needs: Swiftly assess customer requirements and provide accurate solutions, exceeding their expectations.
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Provide Accurate Information: Utilize department tools to record and document customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Handle Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing efficient solutions and resolutions.
Requirements:
* Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
* Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions and documentation.
Work Environment:
We offer a standard working week of 37.5 hours and a shift roster in operation during operating hours.
