Senior Propositions Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Propositions Manager to lead the end-to-end proposition development and delivery across key areas including Commercial, Finance, Technology, Direct & Indirect Channels. This role will define and deliver initiatives within the consumer business to drive growth and evolve our customer offerings.
About this Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Propositions Manager responsible for managing new proposition development and execution. As a central point of communication for all New Proposition queries, you will ensure customer needs are understood, right initiatives are prioritised and clear plans are defined to deliver them.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Proposition Development: Define and deliver new proposition development and execution candidates for NPD roadmap working closely with the wider team.
* Customer Centricity: Have a customer-centric mindset, looking at long-term trends, and understand the needs of our commercial teams and how we work together to create mutually beneficial propositions and better experiences for our customers.
* Leadership: Lead multi-stakeholder meetings, facilitate workshops, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence through understanding of the business, its problems, and its aspirations.
* Communication: Clearly communicate new proposition design and journeys with senior stakeholders as per the NPD process.
Requirements:
* Experience: Experienced proposition leader with a proven track record of delivering new propositions.
* Skills: Strong leader, excellent problem solver, excellent communication skills, outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, inquisitive nature, and great work ethic.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience of working within the telco industry and marketing creatives, product/proposition positioning & naming.
