Procurement Support Specialist – Contract
I am currently looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to join my client; a global leader based in Cork. In this key support role, you’ll work closely with buyer/planners to ensure efficient purchasing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage purchase orders in Ariba/SAP
2. Coordinate packaging change requests and supplier forecasts
3. Support invoice and receiving issue resolution
4. Maintain system attributes and metrics
5. Assist with inventory analysis and meeting coordination
What We’re Looking For:
1. Organised, adaptable team player with great communication skills
2. Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
3. Strong Excel skills
4. Passion for continuous improvement
