Our client is seeking to recruit an Accountant Assistant.
Our client is a tier 1 engineering company based in Dublin.
As an Accountant Assistant within this company, you will gain an excellent opportunity to work with senior Accountants and will be an integral part of the finance team.
Feedback has been extremely positive and has ensured accounts assistants have exposure to.
Role
Providing support for management & office staff
Keeping all maintenance records up to date
Processing / paying suppliers' invoices
Promptly preparing and issuing sales invoices
Updating the Sage accounts system
Credit control and debt collection
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years working in a busy accounting environment within the Irish market
Accounts payable / receivable experience is beneficial.
Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team and independently
Proficiency in Excel/Xero/SAGE/CaseWare would be an advantage
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits
€35,000 – €45,000
