• Providing specialist advice on criminal law issues within An Garda Sochna inter alia. This includes providing timely, effective, and robust legal advice and assistance to senior management.
• Advising on key decisions related to policy proposals in relation to criminal law. Our Criminal Law Specialist will ensure that this expertise is available at every level within the organization.
