About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, face-to-face sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating long-term customer relationships.
You’ll be at the forefront of our residential and commercial growth, helping households and local businesses access reliable, high-quality cleaning and maintenance services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
If you have door-to-door sales experience, enjoy being out in the field, and are eager to develop your career, this is a fantastic opportunity. The right individual will have the chance to progress quickly into a team leaderand run/develop there own team(s)as we expand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Residential Sales (B2C)
* Canvassing local neighbourhoods to promote our cleaning and maintenance packages.
* Talking directly with homeowners about tailored cleaning schedules and signing them up for regular services such as gutter and window cleaning, garden tidying, and general property upkeep.
* Providing honest, friendly, and professional advice about service options.
Commercial Lead Generation (B2B)
* Reaching out to property management companies, letting agents, and construction firms to build new partnerships.
* Identifying opportunities to support them with cleaning and maintenance services for residential or commercial sites.
* Following up on leads, arranging meetings, and working closely with the operations team to deliver proposals.
General Responsibilities
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Building a strong personal pipeline of clients and partnerships.
* Maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.
* Always representing the company professionally while in the field.
About You
You’re a people person who thrives on building relationships and making sales happen. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or another customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, positive, and target-driven attitude.
* Full Irish driving licence, with own mode of transport, with a willingness to travel locally (Preferred).
* Professional presentation and reliability.
Desirable
* Experience within the cleaning, property, or facilities services industry.
* Understanding of lead generation and pipeline management.
* Ambition to progress into a leadership or inside sales role.
