Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations, scheduling, and developing the healthcare team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Reporting to the Home Care Manager
2. Undertaking spot checks with healthcare assistants in the community
3. Carrying out assessments with clients and uploading them to our IT system
4. Serving as a liaison between our organization and clients/client families
5. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care delivered to clients and reporting concerns to the Home Care Manager
6. Supporting and assisting with care team development
7. Collecting journal notes from clients' houses with the Supervisor
8. Delivering care plans, log sheets, and gloves to client's homes as required
9. Requirements:
* Full QQI Level 6 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Full Clean Driving Licence and access to a car
