Project Manager - Digital Banking:
Your role
As a Project Manager in Digital Banking, you drive the evolution of online and mobile banking platforms by managing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment between business needs, user experience, and IT delivery.
You coordinate stakeholders, structure requirements, and support the modernization of digital customer journeys.
Lead digital banking projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Analyze and challenge existing digital and banking processes to improve customer experience, efficiency, and automation.
Gather and structure business requirements; translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate closely with IT, UX/UI, and operations to ensure coherence between business objectives and technical implementation.
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), feature validation, and production go-live.
Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and apply data-driven insights to enhance digital services.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the simplification of front-to-back customer journeys.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital banking, business analysis, or project management.
Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and banking process optimization.
Ability to translate business needs into structured deliverables within Agile environments.
Practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN, or UML.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Fluency in French; English, Luxembourgish, or German is an asset.
Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
