Solution Trainer Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a suitably skilled Solution Trainer to join their team. The duration of this post is 12 months initially with possible extensions thereafter. This role will Hybrid Working, the successfully candidate must be available to attend onsite meetings as required. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €31.39 per hour based on an annualised salary of €57,325. You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. Role & Responsibilities Training Process Responsibilities Work with the lead Community Care Record trainer, vendor, relevant stakeholders within the community setting and the Community Care Record project team to develop a training plan and schedule for the implementation of the TrakCare Solution. Contribute to the communication of this plan to relevant stakeholders and end users and provide regular update at relevant milestones. Contribute to the development of a detailed training schedule. Assist in the Co-ordination and tailoring of the training schedule to meet the needs of the community areas including different disciplines, rosters etc. Contribute to the development and co-ordination of a team of local trainers and support them throughout the Go-Live phase. Assist the Community Care Record lead trainer in the development of all training materials required as part of the training plan. Assist the Community Care Record lead trainer in developing the training approach for the community to manage and support the delivery of the Community Care Record Programme. Business Roles and Responsibilities Work as part of the project team and overall community team to ensure that the project aims and objectives are achieved, including organising and/or participating in high-level project activities as required. Demonstrate leadership in the execution of the role, including identifying and managing relationships with stakeholders. Mentor, motivate and develop junior trainers within the project team to ensure that they are able to deliver responsibilities. Execute the plan for training, supporting and ensuring alignment across the community. Foster close working relations with community staff as required and engage with key stakeholders to inform them of developments to the plan and policies. Liaise with relevant departments to developing training policies for new staff joining the community functions after Go-Live. Provide regular updates to the project manager/training lead and communicate issues in a timely manner. To liaise with the Human Resources Department as required to allow the training plan to be implemented. Demonstrate the ability to manage deadlines and effectively handle multiple tasks. Encourage and support staff through the change process Skills & Experience: Experience of ICT solution training preferably in a healthcare environment Knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of ICT enabled change projects ensuring the requirements are met Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners. Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience of involvement in project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management along with other project management tools. Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submission. Clinical experience or experience working within clinical teams would be an advantage. Experience in the development and execution of training plans in a healthcare environment would be an advantage Business Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in a confident and logical manner.
