We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to drive growth in industrial sales across Dublin and surrounding counties.
This field-based role focuses on key account management and new business development within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and PPE sales markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.
* Identify and win new business in the industrial sector.
* Conduct site visits, client presentations, and technical product demonstrations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
* Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industrial equipment innovations.
* Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
* 2–3 years in industrial sales, engineering sales, or manufacturing sales.
* Proven track record in business development and key account management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Technical aptitude to present complex industrial equipment solutions.
* Fully qualified driving licence and willingness to travel in Leinster.
* Degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (desired).
* Previous experience selling PPE, industrial equipment, tools, or consumables.
