As Regional Manager, you will lead the operations of charity shops in the West Region, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and adherence to our mission, values, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Lead the operations of charity shops in the West Region.
* Directly manage Shop Managers and OFC Managers.
* Develop strategies to achieve sustainability, income generation, people development, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the success, growth, and strategic direction of retail operations.
* Ensure compliance with policies and legislative frameworks.

Requirements:
">
* 3rd Level education in business-related field.
* Professional Management Qualification.
* Proven history in retail management for at least 5 years.
* Relevant commercial retail experience together with evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
* Substantial Retail Management experience in successful operation of multiple outlets.
* Extensive staff management and volunteer experience.
* Proven history in reaching targets.
* Experience of conflict resolution.
* Charity Sector Experience.
* Knowledge of retailing techniques, EPOS, stock control systems, cash management systems, and volunteer needs.
* Awareness/understanding of Society and its mission and values.
* Knowledge of needs and issues of poor and disadvantaged.
