We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide high-level, proactive support to the General Manager for Enterprise Mobility in Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex Outlook calendars and email inboxes across multiple international time zones.
You will coordinate a full range of travel arrangements, including trains, car rentals, flights, and accommodation, both across Europe and internationally, as well as supporting the coordination of attendance at multiple internal and external events.
In addition, you will provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider leadership and business teams as required.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
You will be confident communicating and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted and professional point of contact.
