Senior Chargeback Administrator
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Senior Chargeback Administrator to join Europe's largest airline group. This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
This role involves processing daily chargeback files from Acquirers, reviewing eligibility of chargeback for representment, collecting necessary documentation for defending chargeback disputes, and adhering to card scheme rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, and timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration, and compliance cases. They will also be able to liaise with the fraud team regarding fraudulent cases, maintain detailed reports of all chargebacks received and status updates, and perform monthly reconciliations between chargebacks received, updates, and bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers
* Review eligibility of chargeback for representment
* Collect necessary documentation for defending chargeback disputes
* Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, and timeframes
* Liaise with fraud team regarding fraudulent cases
* Maintain and provide detailed reports of all chargebacks received and status updates
* Perform monthly reconciliations between chargebacks received, updates, and bank accounts
Requirements
* 12+ months working in a similar Chargeback admin role
* Knowledge of Ryanair systems including Skyspeed, Navitaire, and Zendesk
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High degree of initiative and strong interpersonal skills
