You’ll be speaking with customers daily, handling inbound enquiries, identifying opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.Ideal for someone who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and building strong customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound new business enquiries across motor, household, and van insuranceConvert leads into sales while identifying cross-sell opportunitiesProvide advice and guidance on insurance products and policy coverLiaise with insurers and communicate customer requirements effectivelyMeet and exceed sales and retention targetsProcess policies and payments accuratelyDeliver excellent customer service over the phone and in personRequirementsPrevious experience in general personal insurance.APA qualified at a minimum, Cip advantageous.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSales-focused with a motivated and target-driven attitudeProfessional, organised, and customer-focused approachAPA for personal insurance /CIP qualification or working towards qualification is advantageousWhat’s on Offer€33,000 – €37,000 base salaryMonthly commission structure with OTE ~€50,000Full suite of employee benefits.Strong career progression opportunities
