OverviewWe are looking for a Construction Site Manager to support the delivery of energy transition projects. The role is highly hands-on, responsible for managing activities on site from initial mobilization through commissioning and post-installation support. Working alongside the Project Engineer/Project Manager, the Site Manager drives efficient project execution while maintaining schedule, cost, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ExecutionDirect daily operations across the construction siteCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnelVerify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project schedulesMonitor site progress and report status updates to senior managementHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnforce company and regulatory health and safety standardsConduct regular inspections to ensure safe working practicesAddress safety concerns promptly and proactivelyConfirm workers hold required training and certificationsQuality AssuranceVerify construction activities meet defined quality requirementsPerform regular inspections and auditsResolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsResource AllocationManage labor, equipment, and material resourcesOptimize resource utilization to reduce waste and enhance productivityTrack usage and maintain accurate cost and inventory recordsStakeholder CoordinationCommunicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholdersLead periodic site meetings and coordination reviewsProvide transparent and timely updates regarding progress and risksDocumentation & ReportingMaintain detailed site records including daily logs, safety documentation, and progress reportsPrepare routine reporting packages for senior managementEnsure all documentation is current, accurate, and securely storedBudget & Cost ControlMonitor site spend and support adherence to project budgetsIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunitiesContribute to budget development and forecastingQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of construction management experience; renewable energy experience preferredRelevant construction and health & safety certificationsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIn-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulationsProficiency in project management platforms and digital toolsAbility to interpret drawings, plans, and specificationsStrong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detailSkills: Management renewables engineering
