* Project Scheduling

* Site Visits / Surveys

* Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes

* Scope of Works Change Tracking

* Variations Tracking & Management
">
* Variations / Scope Change Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking
">
* RAMS Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager)
">
* Project Cost Tracking
">
* Materials & Labour Hours
">
* Sub-contractor Liaison & Management
">
* Safety Statements
">
* Insurances Site-pass / safe pass
">
* Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement)

* Commercial acumen
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional with strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in project management software and tools, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
