We're currently looking for 2 *EXPERIENCED* Auto Body Panel Beaters / Vehicle Preppers to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
Remove damaged panels and repair or replace them as needed
Realign vehicle frames and chassis using specialized equipment
Welding / cutting tools experience
Smooth out surfaces using sanding tools and techniques before painting
Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
Work collaboratively with the paint and mechanical teams to complete repairs efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) as an Auto Body Panel Beater / Prepper or similar role
Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair estimates
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy parts and equipment
