Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximise Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Account Executive - UK, joining our Sales team focusing on the UK region.
What you bring
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is preferred
* Proven success in selling into the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
* Strong experience selling in the UK and Ireland regions
* Ability to lead change and drive innovation within traditional organizations
* Confidence in making cold calls to build a new business pipeline
* Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
* Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor
* Forecasting skills to achieve sales targets monthly
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, etc., is a plus
* Experience in the HR industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales quotas
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Identify and create new opportunities within the MidMarket and Enterprise segments
* Promote and implement innovative solutions for clients with traditional mindsets
* Conduct virtual and face-to-face presentations
* Own the customer relationship from sale to completion
* Understand and design solutions for the communication needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise clients
* Engage in outbound prospecting in the UK and Ireland markets
* Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenues
* Generate leads targeting fast-growing companies supported by Remote
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure client success

Remote Compensation Philosophy
Remote's approach is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and equity pay along with competitive benefits across all locations. We pay above local in-location rates to support global talent hiring and local wealth creation in developing countries. The salary range for this position is between $44,150 USD and $149,075 USD, depending on various factors including location, skills, experience, and market demands.
