Whether it is a consumer-facing application, an admin dashboard, or an internal tool, you will bring design thinking to our development process to ensure we can go-to-market with products that meet the needs of their users. You will join our Product Design team where you will work with fellow designers to create a consistent experience across our platform. As part of this team, you will deliver products loved by more than 12 million students and serve more than 1,900 institutions worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn design for features across our software portfolio, with a primary focus on complex enterprise toolsWork with product managers, product owners, customers, dev teams, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and constraints.Visualize and present design ideas and screen flows via wireframes, UI mock-ups, and click-through prototypes.Validate design ideas through user research and usability testing.Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards for each platform, particularly Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).Continuously refine design ideas via ongoing user research and feedback loops.About You2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role with a demonstrated ability to ship productsOnline or PDF portfolio of product design work that demonstrates your design process and the impact of your designsExperience with wireframing, mock-up, prototyping and design tools.
