Mechanical Fitter / Installation & Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter/Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role that provides technical support for equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and customer training.
About the Role:
* Install and Commission: New and refurbished End-of-Line, Materials Handling, Lifting, and Washing systems at customer sites and in-house
* Maintenance: Planned and reactive maintenance on installed systems throughout customer sites
* Training and Guidance: Deliver operator training and technical guidance to customers
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely resolution
* Spare Parts and After-Sales Service: Support spare parts and after-sales service
Liaising with Customers, Suppliers, and Internal Teams: Ensure high service standards by liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Proven experience in mechanical fitting, with strong troubleshooting skills
* Pneumatics and Hydraulics: Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics essential
* Basic Electrical Skills: Basic electrical skills a plus
* Fabrication: Background in fabrication
* Full Driving Licence: Full driving licence required
