This challenging position involves working efficiently during service to produce high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare starters and main courses to the highest standard.
* Maintain food quality, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
* Assist with stock management and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Support the head chef during service and assist in running a section of the kitchen.
