Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining positive industrial relations throughout the Organisation.
* You will provide assistance and advice to colleagues on all Industrial Relations (IR) issues within their respective regions at the earliest possible opportunity.
* You will assist in negotiating agreements, resolving employment issues, and implementing policies.
The successful candidate should have:
1. Demonstrable experience of having worked in an industrial relations role preferably within the public sector.
2. Demonstrable experience of representing employers in state machinery such as WRC adjudication services or Labour Court. They must also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally while upholding confidentiality when necessary. ----------------------------------- (As per job description requirements)
