Job Title: Life and Pensions Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Life and Pensions Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pipeline of business from start to finish, including processing quotations and new business applications.
The role involves daily interaction with clients, quoting and advising on cover and services, as well as ensuring effective communication flow between account managers and financial advisors.
Responsibilities:
* Processing of quotations and new business applications in pension, savings & investments and life assurance
* Managing the pipeline of business from start to finish
* Interacting daily with clients over phone and email
* Ensuring effective communication flow between account managers and financial advisors
* Ownership of all aspects of our client book
* Providing regular updates to clients
* Supporting financial advisors with ad-hoc duties
* Ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code requirements
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in the Life, Pensions & Investments industry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Able to multitask and prioritise queries
* Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
