At Fehily Timoney, we are seeking an accomplished Energy Engineer to contribute their expertise and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of our Energy division, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
This role provides the opportunity to work across a wide range of activities within the energy sector, including project management, environmental assessments and preliminary design for renewable energy developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets set with clients;
* Oversee and coordinate the preparation of CAD design documentation, collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Engineering Technicians;
* Participate in on-site meetings with clients and other project stakeholders;
* Maintain adherence to internal Quality Assurance and Management Systems;
* Collaborate effectively with other members of the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
* A degree in Civil Engineering;
* A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience;
* Chartered Engineer status;
* Experience in managing the preliminary civil design of renewable energy projects is advantageous but not essential;
* Highly motivated professional with strong energy and drive;
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical abilities;
* Proven experience liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and external stakeholders;
* Adaptable and collaborative team player;
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
* A full, clean driving licence.
