Key Operational Role
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day management of all support services within the organization, including overall responsibility for Human Resources and Compliance.
Leadership Responsibilities
* Manages a team of operational administrative support staff and human resources
* Ensures effective support of teams with human resource policies and adequate resources
Process Development
* Maintains and contributes to reviewing organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Leads on H&S assurance and ongoing compliance with statute and industry regulatory requirements
Operational Oversight
* Oversees the day-to-day running of the office, including general administration, IT management, insurance, inventory and stock control
* Liaises with external H&S provider and leads on public relations
Personal Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
A third level degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline and/or 5+ years experience in operational management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with internal and stakeholders
