This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills to step into a key role in one of Dublin’s most exciting venues.

Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth operations across all departments
* Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest operational standards
* Oversee bar, floor, and event operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
* Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
* Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
* Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and take full responsibility for venue operations
Requirements
* Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and P&L
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required
