Conveyancing Legal Secretary Dublin 2 Firm Full job description We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy and friendly Conveyancing Team, based in Dublin 2. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing a high-volume, fast-moving workload Assisting the Conveyancing team with administration function Taking instructions from clients Liaising with clients Assisting with preparation of contracts for sale Preparation for closings Drafting letters Assisting with Stamp duty and Registrations Dealing with incoming telephone calls from solicitors and clients Ensuring safe and efficient handling of confidential data Key Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate should have one to two years of experience working in a law firm. Previous experience in Conveyancing is a significant advantage.
