Specification of Standards of Performance in Electricity Distribution System Operator Licence Decision Paper
Part IX of the Electricity Regulation Act ****, as amended by the Energy Act ****, empowers the CRU to impose administrative sanctions on a relevant licence holder where the CRU is satisfied that the licence holder has failed or is failing to comply with a standard of performance ("SoP") as specified by the CRU.
