Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
* Deliver exceptional, professional, and personalized service in all F&B outlets (e.g., restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service).
* Set up, serve, and clear tables, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Provide expert knowledge on menus, wine pairings, and special dietary requirements to assist guests with informed choices.
* Handle guest requests and feedback promptly, exceeding expectations where possible.
* Support senior team members with the smooth running of shifts.
* Assist with stock control, inventory management, and restocking of supplies.
* Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
* Comply with all hotel policies, including food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
* Contribute to training and mentoring new staff as needed.
Requirements for the role:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar F&B role within a 4-star or luxury hospitality environment.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a natural passion for guest satisfaction.
* Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and luxury service etiquette.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* A team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
