Job Title: Financial Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Assistant to join our team. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with 21 hours of work per week.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Manage the input and reconciliation of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and goods received.
o Conduct creditor reconciliations and process creditor payments efficiently.
o Perform credit control duties and manage bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
o Assist in stock reconciliations and process sales orders from customers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a similar Finance environment.
* Accounting Technician qualification or similar is highly desirable.
* Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in SAGE and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn about products quickly.
* Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
