* Provide high-quality accounting services, ensuring accurate and timely NAV reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Lead accounting services for assigned clients, including NAV calculation, reconciliations, expense allocations, and reporting.
* Identify, analyze, validate, and correct exceptions and reconciliation issues.
* Interact with clients to resolve questions regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
* Assess the impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices.
* Lead process improvements and review functions for complex tasks.
* Guide less experienced team members and contribute to team objectives.
To succeed, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in fund/client accounting or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
* Experience with Geneva fund accounting software is preferred.
