Job Description:
The role of Maintenance Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of all plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all plant and equipment in safe working condition to prevent accidents and ensure efficient operations.
* Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
* Ensure that faults are promptly dealt with by a competent contractor to prevent further damage.
* Liaise with senior management to prioritize daily maintenance work and allocate resources effectively.
* Implement a preventative maintenance program to reduce service issues and extend equipment lifespan.
* Maintain certificates of compliance and adhere to relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
* Record daily maintenance activities and operate an efficient repairs reporting system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
