Civil Project Coordinator
We are currently recruiting a Civil Project Coordinator for a busy contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain extensive experience with exciting projects and progress in your career.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of site work are completed to a high standard. The role will involve regularly checking the Site Drawings and Specifications, setting out the site accordingly, and liaising with the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Project Manager
* Regularly check the Site Drawings and Specifications, and set out the site accordingly
* Be on hand for any technical queries and resolve them as efficiently as possible
* Assist in any emergency situation on site
* Quality control
* Supervise direct site teams and sub-contractor site teams, providing clear communication and daily tasks
* Plan and Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
* Adhere to Health & Safety at all times and ensure all other site staff are following regulations
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering Degree
* 2 – 3 years+ experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
* Experience working on civil projects
* Setting out knowledge
* Full driving licence
