The Role:
Our client is seeking a Head of Interiors to lead and establish the interiors function within their newly formed Dublin studio. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a well-regarded architectural practice that is expanding its presence in Ireland.
You will take ownership of a major workplace interiors project (c.60,000 sq ft) and support the delivery of further projects as the studio grows. You’ll lead the design and delivery of interior architecture across all stages, working closely with clients, consultants and the wider architectural team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
In addition to project delivery, you will play a key role in growing the interiors offering locally and helping to build out the interiors workstream in the Dublin market.
Required Background:
Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
Background as a Senior Interior Designer or Architect with strong interiors expertise
Proven experience delivering commercial interior projects from concept through completion
Experience working directly with clients and leading design presentations and workshops
Ability to manage and mentor junior designers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of workplace design principles and commercial interior fit‑out delivery
Excellent design, detailing and technical documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ambition to help establish and grow an interiors function within a developing studio environment
