ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will work as part of a strong finance team. This role will suit someone who is l looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance function and keen to learn systems and processes in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
* Processing and reconciling supplier invoices.
* Preparing and issuing payment runs
* Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
* Supporting month-end activities.
* Other ad-hoc finance tasks.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role is an advantage.
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
