As Freight Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activity across European freight movements.
Working closely with sales, operations and customers, you'll assist with pricing, customer communication and shipment coordination in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare freight quotes and support rate requests
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipments and services
Coordinate with operations to provide accurate updates
Process bookings and maintain pricing and customer records
Support day-to-day sales and freight administration
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a busy logistics environment
Previous experience in freight, logistics or transport
Exposure to quoting, rates or customer accounts
European language skills (Italian, Spanish or French)
