Facilities Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facility in Ireland.
* Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and site service providers.
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for facility equipment, electrical systems, cleanrooms, HVAC, chillers, compressed air, fire safety, and other critical plant systems.
* Liaise with cleaning and support contractors to ensure site-wide standards are met.
* Maintain accurate records of facilities operations for auditing and compliance purposes.
* Ensure all activities meet EHS, GMP, GDP, and quality requirements.
* Lead or participate in MMCR, CAPA, NCE, and other quality initiatives.
* Support operations and engineering teams with change controls, NPI introductions, and production ramps.
* Drive cost and performance improvements across utilities, equipment, and processes.
* Respond to breakdowns and perform necessary repairs as needed.
* Monitor environmental compliance, including pest control and facility monitoring systems.
* Work flexible shifts to meet operational needs, including outside hours if required.
