Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support.
About This Role
* Respond to incoming phone calls and ensure important information is relayed to the relevant personnel.
* Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate and up-to-date business calendar.
* Greet visitors, clients, and employees, providing directions and information as needed.
* Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, and filing.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist or related position. Additionally, you should be comfortable managing phone calls and handling stressful situations, and possess basic computer skills.
