People Operations Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to lead our HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This is a challenging leadership role that requires operational excellence, compliance expertise, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering seamless employee experiences across various locations. Your primary goal will be to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement data-driven solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead & develop & support multi-site people operations teams.
* Partner with business stakeholders to align operational delivery with strategic priorities.
* Maintain accurate audit-ready HR payroll data ensuring compliance with employment law GDPR EU directives multiple jurisdictions
* Trial travel weekly/bi-weekly RACI + HRIS exp mandatory 3 days onsite Dublin other details given below
You must have at least five years’ senior human resources experience along with relevant degree-level qualifications such as CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate qualification related fields process Improvement certification training Employment Law GDPR / Data Protection Training always preferred so don’t apply without checking these things thanks
