Responsibilities
As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to machine breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance
* Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on PLC-controlled systems
* Supporting production teams to meet performance targets
* Participating in continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
* Maintaining accurate records in the CMMS system
* Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
* Mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
Criteria
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* 3 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
* Familiarity with high-speed automation and PLC systems
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work 12.5-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights
