Job Title: Pension Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Expert to join our team in an exciting phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills and a strong track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to enhance existing relationships and grow revenue.
* Pension Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on pension and retirement consultancy services, collaborating with a multi-disciplined team to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalise on additional opportunities to increase the breadth of solutions offered to corporate clients, driving income and revenue growth forward.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement retirement and member engagement programmes, engaging with senior leadership teams and strategy development.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or sales-focused position, or 5+ years experience in a senior pension administration role.
* Relationship-Building: Excellent ability and strong track record of building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

* QFA: Qualified Financial Adviser certification
* RPA: Retirement Planning Adviser certification
* Pension Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
