Retail Country Manager
for our client, a leading Irish retail group. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-focused business and play a key role in driving retail strategy, performance, and innovation across a nationwide network of stores.
Salary: €100K – €120K
Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Regional and Store Managers to deliver exceptional operational standards and customer service
* Drive commercial performance across the retail network through effective business planning, sales analysis, and performance management
* Develop and implement retail strategies to increase profitability, market share, and customer engagement
* Oversee compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, new concepts, and process improvements
* Champion company culture and values across all retail locations
Requirements:
* A proven track record in a senior retail management role – ideally within forecourt, grocery, or convenience retail
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide as required
