Job Responsibilities
* Support our client network in delivering high-quality PPM and Reactive works in accordance with KPI’s and SLA’s.
* Undertake maintenance, repairs, installation, or servicing work as specified by Aramark / client requirements.
* Follow company procedures when working on client premises.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety statutory requirements and maintain safe working practices.
* Keep all company-issued equipment clean, functional, and presentable.
* Maintain your van's safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Complete all company paperwork accurately and legibly, complying with statutory requirements.
* Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota as needed.
* Maintain professionalism and develop good relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Locate and purchase equipment to facilitate efficient service delivery.
* Communicate work status to the helpdesk after each visit.
* Ensure all professional qualifications are current and valid.
* Support the helpdesk through effective communication and promote efficiency.
* Attend review meetings when necessary.
* Keep work area tidy and dispose of waste responsibly according to company procedures.
Qualifications
* Proficient in servicing HVAC and boiler equipment, including pumps, pressurization units, vessels, control panels, and components.
* Formal training or certification in servicing split A/C units and air handling plants.
* Full driving license.
* Safepass certification.
* Experience in maintaining large chillers and air handling plants.
* Knowledge of AHU, ventilation, and relevant controls.
* RGI qualification and experience in servicing oil and gas boilers is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience.
* Previous experience in building services maintenance roles.
